I grew up with a hunting family. From the time I could walk, my father and I were in the woods hunting deer. We’ve raised livestock since I was small, so I’ve been around processing my whole life.

I’ve been told I was too young, a female, not capable — and through it all, I decided to make this business a reality.

My goal is to become the first USDA-inspected retail meat market in my hometown. My husband, parents, and extended family have helped countless hours, including late nights working to get orders processed so I could begin accepting more.

I am so grateful for every customer who trusts me with their harvest and for everyone who has helped make this dream possible.
